The new flat house "Am Gehren" impresses with its quiet, almost secluded location. Situated close to the heart of Warth, it offers a spectacular view of some imposing peaks such as the "Biberkopf" and the "Warther Horn" over four floors. Find out what else the house has to offer here:
Wlan
We have put a lot of emphasis on a stable and free internet connection so that they are well supplied with WLAN. Even our TVs are connected to the internet and Netflix-like streaming services can be used.
Room for Fine Things
Because we want our guests to want for nothing during their stay with us at Gehren, we have set up the "Room for Fine Things". From culinary delicacies, a good cup of coffee, to all kinds of practical things, everything is there.
Breadservice
The perfect ski day begins with a good breakfast. We take your individual roll order until the evening before. In the morning at 7:00 a.m. our rolls are freshly delivered from the Lech bakery and await you in the lounge.
Sauna

Lounge
The cosy lounge on the ground floor offers opportunities for nice moments together and invites you to read books and play board games with the family. Our lounge is the perfect location to watch the snow flurry with a glass of wine.
Check-In & Check-Out
The flats are ready and can be occupied from 16:00. On the day of departure, the flats can be used until 9:30 a.m. and the keys must be handed in at reception.
Children's Summer
Especially in summer, we have so much to offer our little guests. From the table tennis table to our trampoline and all kinds of vehicles and play equipment, everything is there. So the perfect children's summer can come.
