The House "Am Gehren"

The new flat house "Am Gehren" impresses with its quiet, almost secluded location. Located close to the heart of Warth, it offers a spectacular view of some imposing peaks such as the "Biberkopf" and the "Warther Horn" on four floors.

Take advantage of our carports for your private car and the convenient drive to the ski lifts with free parking. The ski lifts, restaurants or the ski rental shop can be reached within 2 minutes by car or bus. The public bus runs regularly throughout the day and takes you directly to the ski area for an unforgettable day. A bus stop is located right next to the flat house and can be reached on foot in 100m. The bus rides to/from the ski area are free with the ski pass. By the way: ski-out is also possible!

After your sporty day or après-ski in one of the bars in the ski area, you can use our ski room for your equipment such as skis, snowboards and in summer your bike. Dry and warm up your ski boots with our boot heaters to start your next ski day with warm feet.

The cosy lounge on the ground floor offers opportunities for nice moments together and invites you to read books and play board games with the family. Our lounge is the perfect location to watch the snow flurry with a glass of wine.
